Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply to the transaction, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to change their mind without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions such as some personalized or unsealed hygiene products. Other countries may have different rules. Submit an accessible declaration through “Withdraw from a purchase” on the site; it is not dependent on a seller first shipping the item. You can also use the contact details in the legal notice once supplied. A request receipt is not an immediate refund decision.
Other returns and refunds
After shipment, you can request an ordinary return from the order details and describe the issue. The store’s published return conditions and any mandatory consumer guarantees apply. The merchant must verify the request, return instructions, any lawful return costs and refund timing under the applicable law. No automatic refund is initiated by clicking the request button.
If a refund is due for a Stripe-paid order, the DARMI merchant must process and confirm it through the appropriate payment workflow. Do not mail an item to an address that has not been confirmed for your specific return.
