Application and review
Provide your real trading identity, contact details, business country and address, store story, customer-service email, dispatch regions and times, and shipping/return policies. A seller application requires a verified account and is reviewed by an administrator; submitting it does not create a live store. DARMI may ask for corrections or reject an application.
Listings and service
Only list products you are entitled to sell, using accurate descriptions, prices, stock, product-specific images and delivery/return information. New or edited listings are reviewed before publication. Handle customer messages, paid-order dispatch and permitted returns promptly. Customer data shared for an order must only be used to fulfill it and follow applicable privacy requirements.
Merchant and settlement
DARMI is the merchant collecting customer payment through its Stripe account. This website does not onboard sellers to Stripe Connect, collect bank details or make automatic seller payouts. Any commissions, amounts, payment timing, tax responsibilities and settlement arrangements require a separate written agreement between DARMI and the seller. Nothing on this page promises a payout or a particular fee.
Moderation and suspension
DARMI administrators can review, reject, unpublish or suspend stores and listings for policy, safety or legal concerns. Seller access is limited to that seller’s own store, products, customers and paid orders. The final seller contract and applicable law must be confirmed before real trading.
