Parties and scope
Darmi Vault is operated by Not supplied yet (Not supplied yet). For customer payments, DARMI acts as the merchant and collects through its own Stripe account; approved stores provide their products and handle fulfillment under separate arrangements. These terms must be supplemented with the merchant’s complete legal identity and the mandatory rules of the country of operation before real sales.
Illustrative demo brands and products are clearly marked and cannot be purchased. Using the website does not create an order.
Accounts and listings
An account requires a valid email address, name, a password and acceptance of these terms; the newsletter is optional. Keep your login confidential and provide accurate addresses. Sellers apply with verifiable business and store information; approval is not automatic. Listings and prices come from approved stores and may change before an order is placed. We moderate products and messages and may suspend a store for safety or policy concerns.
Orders, prices and payment
Products are ordered separately for each store. Availability and stock are checked again at checkout. The total in euros, including configured shipping and applicable destination tax, is displayed before you continue to Stripe. A Stripe promotional code may change the final amount shown on its secure page. Only a verified payment confirmation makes a real order paid; a return to DARMI or an email alone does not. Failed or expired payment attempts do not create a paid order.
Payment card details are entered with Stripe, not into DARMI forms. No automatic seller payout is promised.
Delivery, cancellation and rights
The applicable destinations, shipping options, fees and store dispatch information appear before payment and on the product/store pages. Delivery problems can be raised through order messaging. If a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may submit a declaration without giving a reason through the dedicated withdrawal page; the request is recorded and acknowledged separately from any eligibility or refund decision. Ordinary return requests are available from shipped orders. Any mandatory consumer guarantee or right that applies to your purchase is not waived by these terms.
Content, changes and disputes
Do not upload or send unlawful, misleading or infringing content. The website, DARMI wordmark and sellers’ own images remain subject to their respective rights. We may update these terms; a new version does not retroactively remove rights already attached to a paid order. The governing law, complaint contacts and any mandatory mediation details must be inserted after the merchant’s country has been confirmed. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
